ADULT PILATES

Led by Swindon Dance legend, Zoe Humphries is returning with a brand new Pilates class! Pilates is a low impact exercise class focusing on core strength, flexibility and overall body conditioning. Using slow controlled movement and breathing techniques Pilates is designed to improve both physical and mental well-being.

Please note that this class starts on the 13th January and is a termly booking.

Session: Pilates 16+ Beginner

Class Times: 12.30pm - 1.30pm
