YOGA-4-WELLBEING


Our Yoga-4-Wellbeing series is a free online resource for young dancers, students and professional dancers, artists, choreographers and those of us who enjoy moving for well-being.

The aim of this programme is to give dancers and artists access to high quality yoga, free of charge that focuses on their unique needs and emotions. We hope it will become a resource that will not only help to underpin an artists technical skills but also support whole body wellness and health.

About Charley

“My love of movement stems from a world of dance.

The pure joy I felt from moving my body as a child continued long into my adult life through training in contemporary dance and performing professionally. My journey as a dancer led me down many movement pathways and gradually shifted into the practice of Yoga, particularly Vinyasa flow.

I’m passionate to let my experiences and love of moving filter into my classes. I teach playful, creative and fluid flows. Allowing you to move from a place of freedom, space and clarity with me on the mat, and let this journey of enquiry continue with you off the mat. The series Yoga4Dancers has been comissioned by Swindon Dance, I hope you enjoy.”
